Pineapple Salsa

Number of Servings: 5–7 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh Maui Gold pineapple, skinned, cored, diced to 1/4 inch
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1–2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 small bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced small
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Method: Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
