Pineapple: The secret to this sauce's intensity isn't so much a secret other than we use a TON of locally grown Maui Gold pineapples to make this sauce come to life. It is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy that will leave you craving for more. 
Jalapeno Lime: This sauce literally goes well with everything!! We decided to skip those wimpy tomatillos and doubled down on the jalapeños to bring you a verde sauce with a little more heat than your average verde.
Pineapple Ginger: This sauce features our fiery 7 pot Katie peppers grown here on Maui. They have the heat of a ghost pepper, but also the bright citrus flavor of a habanero to pair perfectly with the tropical flavor of the pineapple and ginger combo. The ginger actually accentuates the tartness of the pineapple and the heat of the peppers to deliver a mind blowing flavor bomb.
Smoked Habanero: A nice smoky flavor combined with the citrus flavor of fresh habaneros. The garlic is enhanced by caramelizing it with organic sugar which brings out an amazing & unique garlic flavor.  A table sauce level heat that allows anyone to be able to enjoy this sauce with no regrets.
