Remember, that pineapples don’t ripen anymore once they are picked. Maui Gold Pineapples are hand harvested ripe, so they can be eaten right away.

Due to weather and other circumstances the size of your fruit may vary. If our harvest comes in and the fruit is smaller than usual, we may add an additional pineapple to your shipment. Fully ripe pineapples vary from green to gold, depending on growing conditions. The shell coloring of a pineapple is not an indication of ripeness or shelf life. Our pineapples are hand-picked for ripeness the day they are shipped and will not continue to ripen after they are harvested.

The best Pineapples
I ordered the bigger box of Pineapples as a mother's Day gift. They arrived within a week and exactly when the store said they would arrive. They smelled sweet as could be even in the box and once I cut them open they were ripe and sweet with a good yellow color. I will definitely be order more throughout the summer.

The shipment arrived on time and was as fresh as the pineapple we had in Maui. It was as sweet as any we have ever had. The only complaint is that we ate all eight in three days!!! We could not stop eating them.
