Holiday Pineapple Shipping

If you are shipping to the West Coast you can select delivery on Saturday 12/28 and Saturday 1/4 which will be shipped through FedEx (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, UT). There will be no other pineapple shipping weeks of 12/23 and 12/30 due to UPS/FedEx holidays, except for West Coast for Saturday Deliveries. If you select a Saturday Delivery Date to a state not listed above or for an area that FedEx does not offer Saturday Delivery (some rural zip codes), your order will be held until the next available shipping date. Requested delivery dates do not apply to orders shipping to Canada. For delivery on 12/28 order must be placed by 12PM HST on 12/24. For delivery on 1/4 order must be placed by 12PM HST on 12/31. The regular pineapple shipping schedule will resume the week of January 6th. The regular pineapple shipping schedule will resume the week of January 6th. Pineapple Shipping

Receive Maui Gold Pineapple delivered right to your door. Fresh picked from the farm and shipped via UPS or FedEx, your pineapple will arrive to you fresh and ready to eat. Remember, that pineapples don't ripen anymore once they are picked. Maui Gold Pineapples are hand harvested ripe, so they can be eaten right away. 

Fresh pineapples are shipped all year long from Maui via UPS or FedEx. Most addresses in the US and Canada will receive pineapple within 2-3 days of ship date. Shipping dates are not guaranteed, even if you select a requested delivery date. Requested delivery dates do not apply to orders shipping to Canada. 

Product notes:

  • Due to weather and other circumstances the size of your fruit may vary. If our harvest comes in and the fruit is smaller than usual, we may add an additional pineapple to your shipment.
  • Fully ripe pineapples vary from green to gold, depending on growing conditions. The shell coloring of a pineapple is not an indication of ripeness or shelf life. 
  • Our pineapples are hand-picked for ripeness the day they are shipped and will not continue to ripen after they are harvested.
  • Retail items ship separately from pineapple through USPS Priority Mail.

Fresh picked from the farm and shipped that same day, via UPS or FedEx, it will arrive to you fresh and ready to eat. Remember, that pineapples don't ripen anymore once they are picked. Maui Gold Pineapples are hand harvested ripe, so they can be eaten right away. 

Fresh pineapples are shipped all year long to the contiguous US, Alaska,Hawaii and Canada. Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Pineapples typically arrive two to 3 days from the shipment date. Order cut off is one day prior to shipping day at noon (HST). For example, if you want your order to ship Monday, place your order by noon on Friday. To ship Tuesday, place your order by noon on Monday. To ship Wednesday, place your order by noon on Tuesday. 

Please note, while we always strive to meet requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee they will arrive on the date you request. (They don't let us fly the UPS or FedEx airplanes)

Due to the nature of agricultural products, shipping may not go out on the requested day due to fruit availability, weather, or other mitigating circumstances. If a package does not ship on the requested day, it will ship on next eligible shipping date.

Pineapple Subscription

Your initial order will ship on the next shipping date after your purchase. Your card on file will be charged on your renewal date and your order will ship the following shipping date. You can access your existing subscription here. 

Retail Shipping 

Retail ships separately from Pineapple. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
